Hello Ben, The same problem I face few days back..
In SI 2011, FPS option was there but they removed it with newer version..If you will import your file through SI 2011 it will import properly but i know ,it will not be wise thing to do every time...i know how painful when you work on crowdfx and import files from different sources.. any way if you are using 2013 try to install SI2013 SP1.. that may fix your problem...
