If the ICE tree is simulated, you can push values onto arrays per frame. 
Obviously this only works only for values on previous frames, and only when 
stepping through the simulation forward.

If the ICE tree is not simulated, you can do some limited stuff with 
at_frame(param) expressions. This works only with parameters animated by 
function curves, and only with singleton values (i.e. not whole data sets like 
PointPosition). Also, expressions are not included when exporting compounds.
