Hello Leendert,
You need to go through a reseller and chose either the Max or Maya flavor of
this bundle. Then the reseller will process the transaction. It is $0 if you
are current on Subs. If you are not current, there is a cost to transitioning -
talk to your reseller to determine the cost in your particular situation. Once
you have transitioned, there is nothing special you need to do in terms of
licensing. In transitioning to the bundle, you get 1-3x back of Softimage
(previous versions) as part of your Subs benefits.
Hope this helps,
Jill

Subject: Transitional license & 2015 releases

I am sure this has probably already been answered somewhere, but in the mass of
posts since the "retirement" notice, I must have missed it. What happens to us
Softimage users once the new releases have been made available? Do we get
instant access to Maya or Max 2015 together with "our" Softimage 2015 or do we
have to additionally have to do anything, like specify Maya or Max for
instance? And how does this work for the licensing? Do we have to add anything
specific to our license request to make our claims to the specific
"transitional" license apparent (with regard to the ongoing "previous version
usage")?
Greetz
