Hello fellow TDs,
A puzzling issue ended up on my desk last night. Some animators are getting
a few lines of this error when saving some of their scenes:
# ERROR : 2000 - Unable to save object (StoredFCurves) of type
([CLSID\{12A3EFC5-E543-11D2-B352-00105A1E6CE9}] : %SUMATRAPATH%\action.dll)
This is the CLSID of C3DAction2.spdl, but this does not help much to solve
the issue. Googling the error message does not help either.
In these scenes, action clips were used to transfer animation to the
characters, but these characters do not use the clips anymore. Even after
deleting the related now unused action sources, the issue is still there
when saving. When reloading the scenes, the characters are not animated
anymore!
Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
