Need old Softimage app icon

Hi
 
Has someone installed some old softimage versions?
I need a 14x14 pixel icon for Softimage. 
And for a larger difference to other AD apps and for a faster/better 
recognition off the app, I would like to use the icon before AD
made it rounded/shady and green.
 
So.. can anyone send me a screenshot of the small exe icon?
(other from the fast start section  or windows explorer in detail view)
