Responsibilities: · Responsible for technical installation and configuration of audio/video/network equipment and systems · Develop Test Plans with corresponding Use Cases · Execute tests and document results · Communicate test results and provide recommendations for implementation · Bug tracking and issue resolution with team colleagues and Business Unit subject matter experts · Track production and test hardware/software and recommend purchases to management as required Required Skills: · BS Computer Science or equivalent · At least 5 years experience implementing and supporting enterprise-level IT applications · Working knowledge of audio/video technology and related protocols · Working knowledge of project management methodologies (SDLC, DMAIC, PLC, etc.) · Working knowledge of Cisco networking products and associated technologies (i.e. Security, TCP/IP, SNMP, Firewall, traffic sniffing, etc.) · Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux system administration and command line scripting · Strong team player and also self-motivated to reach team goals/objectives Desirable Skills: · Previous experience working on Cisco internal and/or external web-based applications · Installation, configuration and support of legacy/H.323-compatible audio/video end-points · Previous experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Digital Media System (DMS) components · MS Computer Science Kindly submit suitable profiles ASAP.
