The developer should have the critical thinking skills needed to develop and deploy web based applications.* Knowledge of Business Process Management technologies such as ALBPM, Savvion, Lombardi, etc. would be considered a plus. - ALBPM experience required* - Process modeling experience with ALBPM desired - Basic understanding of ALBPM Architecture desired *Responsibilities:* The *BPM Developer* is responsible for design, implementation and testing of BPM Applications - Responsible for collaborating with project team members to create process models - Responsible for implementing the solution from the process model into a deployable model. Implementation includes development of the process template, data model, routing, entitlement logic, and notification and escalation logic. - Responsible for the development of the data model, UI form layouts, integration to external back end systems, creation of validation/verification logic, and the application of business rules specific to the application. - Responsible for assisting in testing/QA and deployment process. - Responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with project technical leads to assist in keeping BPM solutions in line with BPM principles and enterprise architecture.
