Essential Skills & Experience At least 5-7 years of experience in Siebel CRM & Analytics projects Understanding of CRM solutions, such as Sales & Marketing Understanding of Siebel Analytics Warehouse schema Understand the design of dashboard and ad hoc reports Must have strong understanding of ETL tools At least 3 years experience in QA Understand methodology, process, and QA Testing Expertise in the back end - database testing Hands on experience with Quality Center, QTP tools Soft skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external clients Good team player.
