Software Test Engineer * Design, develop and deploy effective Agile testing techniques for new applications, products and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifestyles * Ensure that testing activities will allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve systems issues * Work closely with the product owners, business analysts and developers to create comprehensive test plans that verify and validate functionality * Develop automated tests for regression testing * Document and analyze formal test results in order to resolve defects * Communicate test progress and results * 3 + years direct experience as a tester for a major application integration and/or major application product release * Experience with story-based iterative and test driven development, continuous integration and acceptance testing. * Extensive experience with core software applications including MS Office, SQL, .Net * Experience writing and executing automated tests. * Proven data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities * Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment * Excellent written and oral communication skills Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
