Hello everyone,

during the sprint 2016-07, the Cobra team has been working on:

* rpmfactory: a lot of work happened around rpmfactory. There were quite
a few discussions about the next steps and migration plans to bring this
into production for the RDO packaging, and thanks to the feedback from
the RDO team we will focus on a test drive at the end of February and
bring this into production in mid-March.
Besides discussions we continued to prepare everything for the live date
and draft stories that are required to be finished, like initialy
importing the openstack puppet modules (aka opm) into rpmfactory and
splitting the monolythic module.

* managesf & cauth: cleanup, configuration options, improved user
handling. managesf is no fully plugable, making it easier to enhance the
functionality. It's now also possible to deactivate authentication
methods and there is a better support for users that are changing
authentication details.

* Gitnetics investigation: gitnetics is a tool to replicate upstream
projects and there have been some discussions and tests how to integrate
this into SF.

* Redmine: we saw some random 404 errors on Redmine that also affected
the managesf API, and were finally abled to fix these due to a change in
the gateway configuration

* Fully distributed refarch: working to support this kind of
architecture to distribute load across multiple Jenkins masters

* Upgrade software-factory from 2.1.4 to 2.1.6, see the changelog for
more informations
https://github.com/redhat-cip/software-factory/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

* Adding logstash support: we investigated the ELK stack (elasticsearch,
logstash & kibana) and are now working on the integration to analyze our
Jenkins logs

* Upstream work: we're still contributing to the VMT, Puppet & Swift
communities.
