Just to be clear, only the content of the config/ and the docs/ directories are now pulled down as a regular package, the rest of the ci and image
building still runs as usual.

This first part of the split enables to deploy software factory directly on a
centos system which should help to build new CI using slave instance(s) directly instead of LXC as well as adding the upgrade process to the
sf-release package.
