Hello, Here is a summary of what the team did from May 3 to May 17. Sprint taskboard: https://tree.taiga.io/project/morucci-software-factory/taskboard/2018-20
Regarding Software Factory: We worked on gerrit-less deployment (e.g. github only users or external gerrit users) with custom config project name and location We finished validation of SAML support with keycloak We refined the Koji/Brew driver for DLRN We updated nodepool to version 3.0.1 and added a python-kubernetes scl packages We tested openshift online as a nodepool provider using developper account We worked on gerrit-less (e.g. github only users) and zuul-less (e.g. dedicated tenant) deployment mode We worked on multiple changes on managesf resources format to support tenant definitions We worked on configuration generation to centralize and pull resources directly from tenant instances [DEMO] We worked on fix and documentation to allow operators to change the fqdn of a deployment. Centos 7.5 was released, few fixes for centos dib images and to synchronize our koji instances. We wrote a playbook to deploy SF 3.0 on RHEL, full support in SF 3.1 We worked on a completely autonomous setup for trying SF based on vagrant and packstack. This setup creates and provisions a "mini cloud" and a SF instance that uses a tenant on this cloud. We found out SF is possibly affected by https://bugs.launchpad.net/diskimage-builder/+bug/1710973. A custom SElinux module might be needed Regarding openstack-infra: We fixed issues in dib for centos-7.5 contentdir yum variables We investigated a report-only gerrit driver in zuul to enable sf-project.io to use rdo tp ci account We discussed and brainstormed around an idea for data aggregation with ARA: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/ara-aggregation Regarding other things: reherseal workshop on anomaly detection in CI logs, slides (with notes) and materials are available here: git clone https://fedorapeople.org/~tdecacqu/opendevconf.git Next public review will happen Thursday May 31st 08:00EST, feel free to join us on #softwarefactory for the event details.
