Regarding Software Factory:

* We upgraded sf-project.io to the 3.1 candidate version in preparation of
rdoproject.org migration to zuulv3 to avoid further downtime
* We finally found a long running issue with bubblewrap:
https://github.com/projectatomic/bubblewrap/issues/273
* We wrote a blog post to explain the difference between SF and Zuul:
http://www.softwarefactory-project.io/what-is-the-difference-between-software-factory-and-zuul.html
* We integrated the Openshift driver as a tech-preview and wrote a
sf-ci-openshift-integration test: https://softwarefactory-project.io/r/12723
* We added 4 Zuul merger and 2 executor to sf-project.io to scale services
for the rdoproject.org migration
* We rewrite the wait-for-other-jobs script as a ZuulV3 native task to be
able to run koji based gate job in parallel
* We integrated repoxplorer 1.3.0 release to SF
* We wrote a doc about resources usage for building the zuul config from
resources definition
* We worked on enabling the zuul configuration check in config-check and
re-used the upstream patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/574265/
* We extended the new configurations managesf's endpoint to handle the
repoxplorer config

on sf.io.
* We resize sf nodepool-builder instance for building images from sf, rdo,
ansible.

Regarding our contributions to Zuul and Nodepool:

* We worked on extra-vars, ansible-tags and ansible-skip-tags Zuul job
attributes: https://review.openstack.org/546474 and
https://review.openstack.org/575672
* We fixed issues after upgrading sf-project.io, namely, Zuul gerrit 2.14
connection schema number needed to be cast to str, Zuul configloader was
not skipping single project empty includes and Nodepool repeatedely tried
to remove node in ERROR.
* We continued to work on Zookeeper connection improvement to use Kazoo
retry feature: https://review.openstack.org/#/q/topic:zookeeper-retry
* We rebased all the extra drivers on top of the new Nodepool API and
renamed OCI into RunC to be less confusing.
* We investigated issue with Nodepool handling of different pools using
different labels set.
