The upgrade operation is done, all services are up and running.
New user interfaces have been deployed.
Gerrit has been updated to the last stable version.
You may have to clean your browser cache if you get 'Plugin install
error: TypeError: self.onAction ... delete-project.js' on gerrit page.

Service interruption is expected, including:
- Zuul CI not running jobs for gerrit, github or opendev.
We expect that the interruption of services will be less than 2 hours.
