I've just noticed that cpe-router-bis already takes a stab at it (I blame it on my lack of sleep that I missed it before), in chapter 5.6.3. What's probably missing there is the bigger picture with implications on how provisioning models should look like (e.g. make sure that the DHCPv4/v6 servers involved only return either DS-Lite AFTR in DHCPv6, or 6RD BR in DHCPv4, but not both at the same time. Also it should define behaviour in case the options are returned without being asked for.
