hi all, after upgrading the firmware of an a3500 controller the active controller (A) was put offline and B was made active. using rm 6.22 i was able to put A back online and to assign all the luns back to controller A. now both controllers are active. is there a way of swithching back B to be passive? i do not need lun balancing and i want to have controller redundancy.
i also get a error message from a different a3500 while running healthcheck that the "environment card has failed". reading the documentation of the controller i could not find such a part described. can you give me a hint of where should i look ? thank you for your time!
