Hallo Stefan, 1. on the 2. node stop the tape driver: rem_drv st 2. delete all tape entries in /dev/rmt 3. restart the tape driver: add_drv st
Now the tapes are numbered from 0cbn to 13cbn. Bernd Gotschy -----Ursprngliche Nachricht----- Von: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Gesendet: Dienstag, 2. I have 14 Fibre Channel Tape Drives. These FC Tape Drives are connected with 4 JNI HBAs (PCI-1063 - two per node) on my Cluster. For my Veritas Cluster I should have the same logical device files on both E450s (ideally from /dev/rmt/0cbn to /dev/rmt/13cbn). Currently my second node own the logical devices files form /dev/rmt/16cbn to /dev/rmt/29cbn. I would like to know if it's possible to "reset" the counter so that my logical device files will start at 0cbn and finish at 13cbn. In advance thanks for your answer.
