Sample solution: create a noaccess group. I think Solaris had some flashlights
seeing this group. Put the users there and make sure the  entire / is with
changed permissions accordingly to your situation. At my uni, the admin changed
the group of sys  / to noaccess. Create a .profile/.bash_profile and put their
home dir ONLY into the mentioned file. Make it immutable. Patch bash with the
bofh patch, so what they type will be sent to syslogd. Or find another keylogger
to do the same trick.
