hello Asif, first you have to modify the partitions on the disk using format. if you want to use the whole disk (slice 6) and not leave space for other partitions you should do: format | select from the list of disks c3t10d0 | partition | modify | 1 (All Free Hog) | continue creating... "yes" | Free hog partition (6) | confirm the partition sizes | remember quotes: something | ready to label disk "y" | "q" to quit | "ver" if you want to verify | "vol" if you want to specify a volume name | "q" to quit format. newfs /dev/rdsk/c3t10d0s6 create your mount point and mount /dev/dsk/c3t10d0s6
