There are two conditions to acomplish
1) grab and install the 113454-14 patch... (sometimes IBM requires it, no matter of what)
2) the FC-Card must have Qlogic BIOS, I can't tell you with the part name if will or not work.. But I surely can tell you that:
*) IBM docs say must be an Qlogic card (of course have IBM numbers, but the card have Qlogic Chipset)
*) There is a firnware upgrade for the card that must be applied
*) when finally install the card and software, you need the rdac piece to "see" the chuck of the san, and be patience... after installed all these componentes we have to wait barely 15min to let the sun (Ultra 10) make the boot process, and after that you can see the san chuck with format.
Don't worry about the time to boot, is only the first time after that the equipment takes 5min to boot (from OBP to CDE prompt).
I hope this helps you!

Did you reboot Solaris ( if applicable ) with -r option ? This will discover new hardware, attached to the system. At ok prompt ( OBP ) type boot -r and that should do it. Also you can type "reboot -- -r" at Solaris command prompt ( you should be root )
