Hi all,
The last component in the startup script " & twm &" starts the Trivial Window
Manager if I'm correct about the full meaning of the abbreviaration. Just
replace it with the path to gnome, gnome-session or whatever starts gnome. As
for colors, you can replace "-solid gray" with something in your taste that
matches your environment. Blue and green are good for the cases when you sit for
a long time in my personal opinion. I usually set the colors to -bg black -fg
green and use rxvt instead of xterm. (Both xsetroot -bg black -fg green and
xterm -bg black -fg green should work. Check the manpage for xsetroot.)
Experiment with the settings until you're completely satisfied.
Hope this helps,
Dimitar
