For example, Sun recommends to apply the patch 108528-27 http://sunsolve.sun.com/pub-cgi/findPatch.pl?patchId=108528&rev=27
but I found that this patch includes a lot of files that my system does not need (actually I don't want to be installed) for example all the Apache stuff.
Do the patchadd software realize what files should be installed based on packages currently on the system? or it just installs all the files in the patch?
