Hi, The rsh is working perfectly from either machine, so the .rhosts are ok while there is no need for the hosts.equiv.
I still get the error which sound as a file that has an incorrect if/then sentence. #rcp dop mc-00:/tmp/. then: then/endif not found. # But well if I can not do it I will reinstall the Solaris that would only take 1 hour. If the same error persist the it would be better to use ftp options from one machine to the other. Try executing rsh etc and verify that these commands work. I think all of them are the same verion. anyway there is no way to know it isn't it? With pkginfo no rcp appears. And also no -V for version is possible.
