hello all,
i am looking for the SUNWski package for Solaris 7 (intel) as it
provides /dev/random. the package was provided with the "Sun Webserver"
product which was also shipped on the "Solaris Easy Access CDs" (with
Solaris 2.6 and Solaris 7). does anyone happen to have a copy of it ?
i was able to find only a copy of the package for the sparc platform
(1.0,REV=1998.09.24.00.00) via google.
my original problem is that bind (9.2.x) gives errors when the already
installed EGD (http://www.lothar.com/tech/crypto/index.html) on this
machine is configured as "random-device" via named.conf. the errors are:

the egd pool is working fine as far as i can tell:
