Sure,
First, gunzip the file and then run: pkgadd -d lsof-4.77-sol10-x8-local

That command should list packages you can install (which will be lsof
in this case). Choose the lsof package and pkgadd will install it for
you. After that you should be able to run lsof.

If that doesn't work, you can see if blastwave has the lsof package in
it's repository. To try that (if the other one fails) run this:

pkgadd -d http://www.blastwave.org/pkg_get.pkg
cd /opt/csw/bin
pkg-get -i lsof


(I'm not sure that the lsof package exists in the blastwave
repository, but it's worth a shot if the first one fails)
