Please don't hijack threads. If you want to ask a question start a new thread. Please read the documentation on http://www.spamhaus.org/ It is one of the most effective measures against spam I use. Beside zen.spamhaus.org I use other blacklists, SPF checks, greylisting, spamassassin and all kinds of smtp checks.
