Actually I want to make use of this image as virtual hard drive for my
qemu-system-sparc . So I need to get an image from my working Solaris 8 on
Sparc platform.
At first, you should check if this is possible. You will save yourself a
lot of pain. As far as I know, it is not. And even if so, personally I
would not try to do this in production environment.
I need to get this image as a file ,then I will issue as the
following :
C:\qemu-system-sparc.exe -nographic -cdrom Solaris8.iso -bios ss5.bin -m 256
-hda HDD-image -serial mon:telnet:127.0.0.1:23,server,nowait
