I've already included it in my last reply, but here I go again.
Look at those listed in the carbon-copy and you'll find the

To be honoust, I myself have not read the instructions. I just
found them when I googled to see if Leopard was missing the
files. If you really insist on using Leopard, I'm afraid you are
on your own without my help from now on. I myself do not yet own
a Leopard machine.

You can also try to use 10.4.11 again. I know for sure that the
missing files (/etc/fonts/fonts.conf) are in place.
