Yes I had that file in the c:\windows folder. I renamed it and it works fine 
now.

The file create date dates back a couple of months befor I bought the 
laptop, so it must be part of some sily preinstalled program which I deleted 
long ago. I don't think I can tell what it is. Thanks for help, if I find 
out something I let you know.
