3. Yes, it might be something on your system. But I'd really like the
makefiles to work on your system too.
4. A quick search make me believe that include is unnecessary. Removing it
makes no difference for me. The module builds anyway.
5. I have attached the output of my build, so you can do this manually, if
you want.
