Hi, your email was stopped by the spam filter for a few day.

Two ways of doing it. The easiest way is starting an xterm (or any
other terminal) and run this:

$ bash Download/solfege-3.18.7.x86.package

Adjust the path to the installer depending on where you downloaded it to.

The more complicated way is to use the file manager. It runs in
norwegian on my computer, so the translation to english is not
accurate:
* Find the downloaded file and right click
* Click "Properties"
* Open the "Permissions" tab
* Check "Allow running the file as a program"
* The close the dialog and double click on the .package file to run it.
