Hi. Install solfege 3.19.1 if that is not what is installed. Then edit the
file C:\Program fiiles\GNU Solfege\bin\solfegedebug.bat
Download the attached solfegedebug.bat or add the following line after the
ninth line of the installed solfegedebug.bat file, the line that sets the
PYTHONHOME variable:
set PATH=
Then run the solfegedebug.bat file. It should run solfege with an empty
PATH variable. Let me know if this changes things for you.
