New issue 231 by [email protected]: Intonation with CSound minor second
http://code.google.com/p/solfege/issues/detail?id=231

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the CSound intonation exercises for the minor second.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A slightly higher or lower pitch for a minor second (16:15) is to be
expected, but a (somewhat) perfect fourth is played. Also the wrong ratio
is shown (16:12. It is correct for the perfect fourth however)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I Use 3.19.9 but the same problem occurs also in all previous versions.

Please provide any additional information below.
