New issue 253 by [email protected]: Error on trying to answer - "Unable  
to open database file"

Whenever I try to answer a question, I get the following output -

sqlite3.OperationalError: unable to open database file

Additionally, when I try to exit, I get an error message whose screenshot I  
have attached.

Solfege version - 3.16.4
OS - Debian Squeeze
