What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Solfege
2. Start program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Splash screen appears and stays on screen. Then message window appears with
traceback
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.20.6 on Windows 7 Ultimate (x86_64)
