yeah, i'd suggest leaving the wiki in place, with all of the existing
verbage, but remove anything that's just cut/paste from the sample file.

the biggest advantage in my mind to having a wiki page (instead of just a
heavily commented sample) is that *anyone* who has used solr can udapte
the wiki with their advice/suggestions on config options -- without
needing to submit a patch and waiting for it to be commited to the sample.
