User error. I thought I had a clean sandbox, but I didn't. So, the
only issues I have with the patch are the 2 *Test* files previously
reported, and the o.a.s.handler.SearchHandler
patching file src/java/org/apache/solr/handler/SearchHandler.java
Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n] y
