step#2 (i keep getting side tracked) ... 8 issues were just updated with
the following comment...

This bug was modified as part of a bulk update using the criteria...
* Currently marked ("Resolved" or "Closed") and "Fixed"
* Had no "Fix Version" versions
* "Affects Versions" included 1.3
The Fix Version for all 8 issues found was set to 1.3 (1.3 has not yet
been released, if an issue is already fixed, and it affected 1.3 then the
fix will be in 1.3)
Email notification was suppressed to prevent excessive email.
For a list of all the issues modified, search jira comments for this
(hopefully) unique string: 20080415hossman1
