I'll hook up profiling and see if my GC overhead has changed, or is seeing big 
peaks. Should be later today.

My document cache is only 4000 for that test, but only about 3300 documents are 
in it. I wanted to focus on the overhead of getting things out of LRUCache, as 
in production we get >97% hit rates. I verified it's at 100% hit rate (warming 
fills it).
