Hmm - I swear I had responded to you when you originally asked that Grant - but
not seeing my reply here or on the dev list ...
Thats not the example I'm talking about - I'm talking about linking an update
req handler to the dedupe chain. If you just uncomment that example, you won't
get far because it won't be used by anything - they will use the default chain
assigned to null.
