We could probably just get away with a wiki example anyway, as it is a little used feature anyway.

Looks like the <add> tag can just be anything else also (like <docs>)
I added an example on the wiki page that uses exampledocs/monitor.xml

we should add a README, and kill the copy of post.sh ... the README can
point out how to use post.jar to hit the analysis handler.
