bq.I'm good with yanking ALIAS for now.
I am happy to remove a lot of complexity from CoreContainer which was
introduced by ALIAS. When we implemented SOLR-1293 (internally) we disabled
ALIAS so that the implementation is simple.
Let us revisit ALIAS later and make it simpler.
