Fix For: 1.5
Now that jars can be added directly using solrconfig.xml We may not really need
this extra package. We can compile and add this to the main
dataimporthandler.jar and specify in the instructions how to include the jars
for those components w/ external requirements such as
MailEntityProcessor/TikaEntityProcessor
