Attachment: SOLR-1298.patch
Attaching the patch taken from my SOLR-773 patch. Adds in a FieldValueSource
and FieldValueSourceRegistry, changes the SolrIndexSearcher to use
FieldValueSources when building a document, and hooks this process into the
ReponseWriters.
