It looks like both Apache Git mirror (git://git.apache.org/lucene-solr.git) and GitHub mirror (https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr.git) are 5 days behind SVN. This seems to have happened before: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-9182
