OutOfMemoryError does not fire the script

Hello,

I am using solr 5.2.1 in cloud mode. My jvm arguments for the
OutOfMemoryError is
-XX:OnOutOfMemoryError='/etc/init.d/solrcloud;restart'

In the Solr UI, the event is beign fired, but nothing happens.

What am I missing?
