DataImportHandler - time stamp format in

In the dataimport.properties file, there is the timespamp.

#Thu Dec 04 15:36:22 EST 2008
last_index_time=2008-12-04 15\:36\:20

I am using the Oracle (10g) and would like to know which format of timestamp
I have to use in Oracle.
