Getting access to current core's conf dir

How do you get access to the current SolrCore in code? More specifically, I
am looking for the conf/ directory for the current core (i.e. I have a
configuration file housed in SOLR_HOME/<core_name>/conf and would like to
get at the "SOLR_HOME/<core_name>/conf" directory.)  I was able to do this
in 1.2 but of course it only had one core so life was easy but I am not sure
how to do this in 1.3
