Query syntax

Hello List,

 

I need to search the multiple values from the same field. I am having the
following syntax 

I am thinking of the first option. Can anyone tell me which one is correct
syntax? 

 

 Q=+title:=test +site_id:="200002 3000676 566644"

 Q=+title:=test +site_id:=200002 3000676 566644

 Q=+title:=test +site_id:=200002 +site_id=:3000676
