interesting ... so you're saying that if you use the exact same SolrJ code, and just change the host:port, it works on windows? are you certian that the version of Solr is the same on both servers? can you please show us the SolrJ code? : I inject using a standard : org.apache.solr.client.solrj.impl.CommonsHttpSolrServer instance, : created with the URL of the SOLR server.
